At RODEO, after-sales service is our utmost priority. Our knowledgeable staff and qualified watchmakers will be able to assist you with your watch repair and servicing needs.
Whether a service is done by our in-house watch technicians or sent directly to the manufacture, all timepieces serviced at RODEO will be restored following the manufacture’s highest standards.
All timepieces that are serviced are subject to strict quality controls and monitored closely after a service is completed to ensure the watch is running at optimal standards and are backed by a Service Warranty.

2. BATTERY REPLACEMENT AND MAINTENANCE SERVICE
We recommend that you have the battery changed when your quartz watch stops. If your watch is equipped with an end of battery life indication (EOL) system and you notice that the seconds hand jumps once every four or five seconds, this means that the battery is running out of power. We encourage you to change the battery as soon as the watch stops, as leaving an expired battery may lead to leaking and causing further damage to the movement. We advise you to entrust your timepiece to an authorized service center so that they can proceed to replace the battery.
3. STRAP REPLACEMENT
Give your timepiece a facelift by updating the strap, whether as a replacement for an old model, or as an alternative to match an outfit or occasion. At RODEO, we carry a wide range of styles and colors.
There are a number of ways to personalize your watch, but none are as personally meanigful as engraving. Whether it's to mark a significant anniversary, birthday or special occasion - for yourself or a someone you love - we can engrave the case or case back of your chosen timepiece.
