Regular priced items purchased through Rodeojewellers.com are eligible for an exchange or full refund within 7 days of delivery. Some exclusions apply, please see below for more details.
The item must be in original unworn and unaltered condition, including but not limited to: removal of the plastics/stickers, removal of links, sizing, engraving, unauthorized repairs by any party without our approval, removal, tampering, or alteration of any parts of the item.
The item must be returned with all the original packaging and paperwork including documents, warranty, original box, and any other items or paperwork received with the order.
Rodeojewellers.com reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on any item if it does not meet the above criteria. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
Rodeojewellers.com is not responsible for return shipping costs, including any costs associated with lost packages, customs and brokerage fees, delays, or insurance. The Client is responsible for any costs incurred while returning the item.
Items which are “Final Sale”, meaning Items excluded from returns, exchanges and refunds:

- Special Orders

- Financed Purchases
- Sales $10,000.00 pretax and higher
- Repairs, services, parts

- All exchanges are final: any Items that have been previously exchanged may not be exchanged further.
Initiating a Return:
All items must have an approved Return Material Authorization (RMA).
To obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization), contact us by email at: email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
In the email, please include:
- Your order number
- Your receipt number
- Reason for return
- Images of the item you will be returning (including the packaging and documents included with the item)
Please allow up to 3 business days to replay with an RMA number if approved.
The RMA number must be written on the outside of the shipping box or delivery will be refused.
Any items without an approved RMA will be declined and sent back to the Client. Rodeojewellers.com reserves the right to refuse an unidentified incoming shipment and takes no responsibility for any costs incurred, including delivery costs, and the cost to return any product in which delivery is refused.
Please only ship Items with an approved RMA. Recommended shipping instructions will be provided to the client via email. Rodeojewellers.com is not responsible for return items lost during shipping, and recommend using services that provide a tracking number with signature.
Rodeojewellers.com reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange. Rodeojewellers.com reserves the right to refuse issuing an RMA (Return Material Authorization).
If an Item is eligible for an RMA, it does not mean a refund or exchange is guaranteed. The Item must be inspected by Rodeo Jewellers upon being shipped back. If return of the Item does not satisfy the above criteria and is not received by Rodeo Jewellers in an unworn, unaltered new condition, the refund or exchange may be denied.
Online purchases through rodeojewellers.com may be returned in-store to Rodeo Jewellers only with an approved RMA. Items will be inspected in-store by an associate to ensure the Item is returned in new, unworn and unaltered condition.
Gift recipients will have the option to exchange the item or receive an in-store credit.
